About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal to join our Intellectual Property team in an international law firm. The successful candidate will support a diverse portfolio of local and international trademark matters, working closely with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage trademark filings, renewals, recordals, and prosecution matters.
Maintain trademark records and monitor deadlines.
Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports.
Liaise with clients, foreign associates, and intellectual property offices.
Assist with portfolio management and administrative support.
Key Requirements
Experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Experience in a law firm or intellectual property environment preferred.
