In 2024, she founded Lumiere Consulting, a boutique executive search firm dedicated exclusively to the legal services sector. As Managing Director, Chew Ern brings a strategic, hands-on approach to every search, combining precision with a strong network of trusted relationships built over the years.
Driven by a commitment to quality and long-term value, she partners with clients across Asia to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with their evolving business needs.
Director
Dana is a seasoned Legal Recruiter and Director at Lumiere Consulting, with nearly a decade of experience placing top-tier legal professionals, including Partners, Counsels, and Associates, within US, Magic Circle, and international law firms.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Dana worked as a business development professional at one of the world's largest law firms, where she supported the team in driving strategic business development initiatives.
